Giles Everist - Non-Executive Chairman

Giles Everist

Mr Everist joined the Company as a Non-Executive Director in January 2010 and was appointed Non-Executive Chairman in December 2011.

He has more than 17 years’ experience in the finance, resources and engineering services industry, holding senior executive roles with Coopers and Lybrand, Rio Tinto, Fluor Australia and more recently Monadelphous Group where he was Chief Financial Officer from 2003 to 2009.

Mr Everist is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (England and Wales) and currently serves on a number of Boards in the public, private and not for profit sectors including LogiCamms Limited, Surtron Technologies and Perth Home Care Services.

Denis Criddle - Non-Executive Director

Denis Criddle

Mr Criddle was the founder of Decmil Australia, Decmil Group Limited’s major business division.

He was appointed to the the Company's Board as a Non-Executive Director in August 2007 and served as DGL's Non-Executive Chairman from September 2009 to December 2011.

Mr Criddle is a civil engineer with more than 30 years’ experience in construction and maintenance services for the oil and gas and resources sectors in central Queensland and north-west Western Australia.

William Healy - Non-Executive Director

William Healy

 

Mr Healy was a director and shareholder in Sealcorp Holdings from 1985 which then established and developed the diversified financial services group.
 
He was a director of ASGARD Capital Management Ltd, Securitor financial Group Ltd, PACT Investment Group Pty Ltd and ASSIRT Pty Ltd. Sealcorp was acquired by St George Bank in 1997 and Mr Healy remained on the Board until 1999.  

He was founding director and Chairman of BOOM Logistics Ltd and was involved in the development of the company’s business model, early acquisitions and preparation for listing in 2003.

Lee Verios - Non-Executive Director

Lee Verios

Mr Verios has more than 40 years’ experience as commercial and property lawyer in Western Australia. Until he retired in July 2010, he was a partner in the international law firm of Norton Rose where he headed its Commercial Property division in Perth.  In addition to his legal practice, Mr Verios is an experienced Company Director, having held positions in a variety of enterprises both public and private.

Mr Verios is Chairman of Port Bouvard Ltd, a listed property development company and a non-executive director of the Wyllie Group Pty Ltd, one of WA's largest private investment groups.  

He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Law Society of WA and the Hellenic Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Scott Criddle - Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Scott Criddle

Mr Criddle was appointed Chief Executive Officer in July 2009, and Managing Director of Decmil Group Limited in April 2010.

He was previously the Managing Director of Decmil Australia from 2002, where he was responsible for the long-term growth and strategic direction of the company, playing a key role in building relationships with stakeholders and clients.

Mr Criddle joined Decmil Australia in 1993 as a construction labourer to gain experience and learn about the company from the ground up.  He held a variety of roles within Decmil Australia including Construction Manager, Estimator, Business Development Manager and Area Manager.

Mr Criddle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management and Economics.

Justine Campbell - Chief Financial Officer

Justine Campbell

Ms Campbell was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Decmil Group Limited in July 2009.

She previously held this role with Decmil Australia from 2007, where she was responsible for driving the subsidiary company’s short and long-term vision, development of the financial and cost management systems, and corporate risk management system.

Ms Campbell has a strong track record in business development. Prior to joining Decmil Australia, she was Financial Manager of Doric Group and was instrumental in the acquisition of two companies which significantly assisted in the growth and diversification of that company.

Brad Kelman - General Counsel & Company Secretary

Brad Kelman

Mr Kelman was appointed General Counsel & Company Secretary of Decmil Group Limited in November 2009.

Prior to joining Decmil he held several roles with Leighton Contractors Pty Limited in Sydney and Perth, including Legal Counsel for Victoria and Manager – Commercial & Risk for Western Australia. Prior to his time at Leighton, Mr Kelman worked in Sydney within the construction and engineering group of a major international law firm.

Mr Kelman has degrees in economics and law from the University of Sydney and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors
